U.S. per-capita availability of fresh trawberries has jumped from 4.6 pounds in 2011 to 7.62 pounds in 2022. U.S. volume of all strawberries (imports and U.S. Production) have grown more than 42% in 10 years. CaliforniaCentral accounted for 57% of all strawberries volume in 2024, with the balance supplied by Mexico, California South and Florida.
In the first month of 2025 Mexico growing 21%.
