Food Insecurity in USA

Covid19 is growing food insecurity in USA – 50 million in 2020 – one in six residents – many of them children. In the meantime, significant portion of food waste is perfectly edible and could go to help those in need with sufficient, affordable, nutritious, and cultural appropriate food.
