Food Insecurity – an Opportunity to Transform Nutrition and Health

Two constituencies are at risk of being left behind in the transforming food systems: the 2.5 billion people that are too poor to have a secured economic access to basic food requirements and the future addition of half a billion more, which totals to 3 billion people, that will be out of reach of a nutritious diet in the Global North and the Global South alike.
