Environmental factors such as CO2 and oxygen concentration, light, temperature, and humidity affect the exchange of CO2 in photosynthesis. This influences the formation of carbohydrates in avocado plants, which impacts the quality and development of the fruit. In avocados, the maximum CO2 exchange capacity during photosynthesis is reached between 20 and 25 °C.
